Call Center Sales Representative

Starting Pay Range : $15-$18 Commission

Full Time / Part Time : Part Time / Hourly

Core Responsibilities :

In-Bound Sales

  • Sell birthdays, group, and corporate events through all Company channels to guests who want to host an event at FatCats.
  • Mange inbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
  • Achieve and maintain mandated company sales standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Utilize FatCats' CRM, Salesforce, to build quotes, communicate with guests, and maintain records.
  • Ensure proper Salesforce hygiene is being followed.
  • Provide accurate event details to the Centers' Events Operations team.
  • Provide outreach and event follow up to capture rebooking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Align Events Sales team objectives, KPIs, and commitments with company-wide goals, KPIs and OKRs.
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence : active listener, empathetic, self-aware, and calm under pressure.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution that achieves positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
