A Financial company in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring multiple Customer Service Reps (Soft Collections) to join the team for a great long term opportunity!

Job Description :

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls from customers setting up payment plans or making payments
• Soft collections and not heavy outbound in this role

Qualifications :

• 1-2 years of call center customer service preferred NOT required, open to in person customer service
• Collections experience NOT required
• Need to have good tenure
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
