Summary of the position
A Fastener Tool & Supply (FTS) customer service account manager possesses a broad knowledge of FTS’s overall capabilities, Sales & Customer Service (SCS) processes, and overall quality system.
The customer service account manger’s role is to manage customer partnerships through inventory management, contract review, risk management, order management, and project support.
A customer service account manager identifies customers needs and provides value-added solutions.
