Securities Litigation Associate

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is a national law firm focused on complex class action litigation.

The Firm is seeking an attorney with at least five (5) years of experience, to join the Securities Practice Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. The attorney would be expected to litigate securities cases and must have experience working on all aspects of discovery, including conducting and defending depositions, and other pre-trial practice. Strong research and writing skills are required. Experience with sophisticated risk management analysis, financial regulations, corporate governance issues, and complex financial transactions is a plus.

Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience.

Must-have qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited Law School. Admitted to practice law in the state of New York. An MBA Degree is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
