Our client's Securities and Financial Services Department is seeking senior associates who have four to seven years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) and who have experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters. Positions are open in Washington, DC, New York, San Francisco and Palo Alto.
Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organization preferred.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
