We are looking for an eager, outgoing and self-starting customer service representative to join our team!

Job Duties Include:

• - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• - Schedule appointments, field phone calls, and answer questions customers may have.
• - Assist customers in payment transactions for services received.
• - Maintain organization of customer records, payments, etc.
• - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism & empathy, escalate to manager/supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications Include:

• - Previous customer service experience preferred.
• - High school diploma required.
• - Problem-solving skills and independent decision-making skills.
• - Ability to multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
• - Proficient in use of computers, phones, etc.
