Farmington Motor Sports has been family owned and operated since 1976. With our continued growth, we have made the jump to open a location in Southington, CT. This location will include 1-2 automotive technicians, as well as offer towing services in the area. With this growth, we are looking to add an experienced service advisor to our team!

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Greet customers in person and via phone.
• Effectively schedule customer vehicles for repairs.
• Accurately communicate customer concerns to technicians
• Utilize customer concerns and technician findings to provide customers with solutions for their vehicles with accurate price estimates.
• Order parts and oversee a small inventory of automotive parts.
• Maintain proper paperwork/documentation of each service invoice and vehicle repair.
• Utilize company provided software programs to create estimates, invoices, etc.

Ideally, the right candidate will have some experience in the automotive industry. They should be detail oriented, a team player, and experienced in customer service.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, in person in Southington, CT.
