Responsibilities

• Explain and present insurance policies that meet client needs & goals
• Close sales quotes
• Be competitive and coachable
• Generate new business with agency provided warm leads and networking and marketing referrals
• Be outstanding at relationship building

Requirements

· Active General Lines Property & Casualty TX License

· Active Gen Lines Life, Accident, Health, HMO license w/in 45 days of hire

· Meet production/sales new business goals set with your Agent

· Self starter with exceptional communication and sales skills

· Work in an Agency office Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30

· Pass background check with state, Federal & County Criminal history
