Farmers Agency Owner is looking for a talented individuals to join agency teams in the daily operation of their agencies. You will strategize, initiate best practices and use your skills to strengthen and enhance customer relationships.

• Work in Agency Office - Mon - Fri - 8:30 to 5:30
• Cross-Sell to current agency clients needing Farmers Friendly Reviews
• Prepare new policy quotes daily
• Present and sell policies daily
• Handle daily alerts, emails and calls received at the Agency
• Respond to service emails
• Make daily outbound follow up calls
• Contact warm leads provided by the Agency

• Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Minimum 6 months insurance sales/service experience
• Ability to cross-sell customers auto, home, umbrella products
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including responding to inquiries of insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Educate customers about insurance options
• General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO TX license preferred but not required
