Present/Explain insurance policies to meet prospective client needs and goals

Work in a Farmers Agency office Monday -Friday, 8:30 to 5:30

Be competitive and coachable to potentially establish and grow an insurance agency

Generate new business through agency provided warm leads and referrals

Build relationships with customers and vendors

Be a self-starter, be motivated to sell and contribute to the agency team

Active General Lines Property & Casualty Texas insurance license

Possess/obtain Gen Lines Life, Accident, Health, HMO TX license w/in 45 days of hire

Meet or exceed production/sales goals for new business

Utilize exceptional communication and sales skills

Pass a background check covering state, Federal and County Criminal history
