1. Requirements
· A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
· At least 3 years of full restaurant management experience
· Experience mentoring hourly FOH staff.
· Ability to drive performance and success.
· Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, OpenTable,).
2. Essential Responsibilities
- Leadership
· Provides leadership to develop a cohesive staff who are engaged and able to deliver the proper hospitality experience and achieve company goals.
· Role models a high level of initiative and drive.
· Leads an environment that is professional.
· Provide strategic leadership and direction in real time to hourly employees to improve performance.
- Business Building
· Ensure a high level of hospitality and maintain a guest-first mentality to drive the business forward.
· Increase Guest counts while developing a loyal Guest base.
· Make all decisions with the best interest of the guest, the employees and the owners in mind.
· Focus on long-term results through the delivery of a consistently superior Guest experience.
· Proficient in the following:
· Opening and closing procedures
· Producing accurate monthly inventories
· Food knowledge
· Beverage knowledge
· POS System
· Open Table
- Team Building
· Establish and maintain appropriate staffing levels and remain abreast of any changes which may impact staffing needs.
· Coach all employees on a daily basis.
