Your primary role will be assisting in our Agency, with service and sales to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

Job duties include but not limited to :

• General service work
• Answering phones
• Gathering data from clients
• Handling client billing questions
• Setting up appointments
• Filling out applications with high level of detail
• Assisting with sales goals
• Record interactions in our agency database
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask

Requirement

• Full Time Position
• Must possess a California Property & Casualty Insurance License, or CA Property & Casualty Insurance License must be secured within 60 days of hire.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• Self-starter who works independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Product
