The Position: You'll be a part of a dynamic and inspiring team focused on support, growth, and success. You'll work with other talented individuals who share your passion for doing extraordinary work. In this position you will assist our teams marketing efforts. As a marketing assistant your primary role is to provide an outstanding customer experience to those you encounter on a daily basis. This position is instrumental to the smooth operation of our agency.

• Position and develop agency leads.
• Schedule Appointments
• Market appropriate products & services to current and prospective clients.
• Social Media Marketing with Facebook & 4yousocial.
• Event Marketing
• Outbound calls on warm new business leads from our current and past marketing events, and prospecting lists.

• Excellent conversational and listening skills; clear speaker with professional phone presence, able to conduct calls with or without a script
• Maintain a cheerful, happy, ready to assist attitude for each call you process
• Demonstrate the ability to listen skillfully and collect relevant information
• High-energy, self-motivated, and a hard worker
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, promotions, telemarketing or cold-calling, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to log communication for tracking purposes and keep ongoing information up to date

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
