As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to guide our Guests through a Famous BBQ experience and ensure they receive the highest level of Smokin HosPIGtality all while shaking up our Signature Cocktails created specifically for Famous Daves! Of course, Famous Daves expects you to be punctual, to support your fellow Team Members when we are smokin busy, and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to cleaning workstations, expediting orders and of serving Famous drinks!
**Education:**
* High School graduate or equivalent preferred
**Experience:**
* Previous Bartender or restaurant experience preferred
**Skills/Competencies/Certifications:**
* Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
* Understanding of federal, state, and local liquor laws required
* English language and professional communications skills are required
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
* Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
* Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
* Capable of handling multiple priorities; working under stress and exercising good judgment
