ob Summary:

To assist the Human Resources Department in the daily operations of the Human Resources functions and to provide some part time clerical support. Must have a strong sense of discretion, detailed oriented and well organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining all personnel files including restricted and confidential material.
• Provide clerical support to ensure that all personnel documentation is filed appropriately and entered accurately.
• Assist with the onboarding process, checking references, coordinating orientation and training using the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in HR reporting, analyzing and tracking data in excel.
• Assist with coordination of benefit administration and performance reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of office.
• Respond to reasonable expectations of the Agency and/or supervisor.
• Assist with various HR projects, requiring knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma required and Associates Degree preferred.
• Office experience required with some basic HR knowledge. 
• Effective oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
