General Summary: Under a collaborative agreement with a physician the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including performing medical evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, and providing post-operative wound care management. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will assist the medical team with both inpatient and outpatient procedures and take hospital call.Essential Job Responsibilities:
Education: Graduate of an approved and accredited Physician Assistant master’s program or Nurse Practitioner program.Certification: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license to practice in the state of Arizona. CPR Certified.
