Salary: New grads: $90 K $15 K signing bonus. Established: based on experience

Job description:

• Primary Care/Family Medicine: Acute/chronic conditions, physicals
• Adult Medicine (men's and women's health: Gyn, no OB)
• Pediatric Medicine (well child checks, vaccinations)
• Geriatric Medicine

Hours: 40 hrs/week
Hours of operation:
Mon-Fri: 8 am-7pm (last appt/walk-in for am is 11:15 am, for pm: 6:15 pm).
Sat: 8am-4 pm ((last appt/walk-in for am is 11:15 am, for pm: 3:15 pm).
Shifts: 4 days, 10 hours shift, with pool of Saturday shift(s) per month

Locations: Arizona Medical Clinic: full/time part-time positions
1. 1847 W. Heatherbrae Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85015 (currently most needed)
2. 5140 E. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018
3. 761 E. University Dr, Suite C, Mesa, AZ 85203 (currently approved site for National Health Loan Repayment)

4. Pending: 2532 W. Peoria Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85029 (in New Freedom building)

5. Mobile clinic (Medical RV).
