Family Dental Care is Hiring a Patient Service Representative Near Crystal, IL
Our office is growing and we are adding a Patient service representative for our dental office. We are looking for a positive and friendly person who is efficient in multi-tasking. Excellent customer service skills is a must. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and fun to work as a team member. Lots of opportunities for growth.
Duties includes but not limited to:-
- Maintaining a full schedule
- Detailed insurance verification and treatment planning presentation
- Keeping A/R to minimum and claims follow up
- Maintenance of office compliance and regulations
- Handling patient communications effectively
- Must have 2 years of dental front office experience
- Coordinating tasks with other team members.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
