Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists is Hiring a Patient Account Representative Near Crystal, IL

Job Summary:

Northern Illinois Foot and Ankle Specialist is seeking a highly motivated team members to join our Patient Services Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment and have excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Promote company culture by providing excellent customer service: interact with customers, teams, field staff, etc.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls
  • Understand and explain patient account status and activity. Insurance billing experience a plus
  • Meeting expectations to ensure goals and business needs are met
  • Secure payments from customers in an effort to resolve and prevent past due balances.
  • Previous work with collection company a plus
