The Fall River Deaconess Home is seeking a Bachelor’s Level Clinician to join our Clinical Team. The Deaconess Home is a private, non-profit, community-based agency serving youth and their families by providing educational, mental health, and health care services. This position allows you to provide meaningful care for youth in a residential setting while being part of an agency that values their employees. Job Profile: The Case Manager reports directly to the assigned Clinical Director or Milieu and is a member of the clinical team providing therapeutic, life, vocational, and social services to the youth in our residential program and their perspective families.
