We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in our Residential Division. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, are detail oriented, and team players.

Job Functions/Tasks:

• Schedule/dispatch COD Service Technicians
• Sell & renew service agreements & accessories
• Check emails from after hours and follow up with customers
• Answer emails as they come in
• Send out emails to Service Technicians about 1st calls and email them as requested
• Audit customers with service agreements and schedule services accordingly
• Check soon-to-be expired and expired service agreements and review with customer
• Handle payments from Service Technicians
• Monitor dispatch board
• Create and maintain service agreements
• Write invoices
• Monitor parts on board
• Accurate use of Podium
• Accurate use of company’s software program – Service Titan
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• High school diploma or GED

• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dispatch experience
• Accounting experience
• Data entry experience
• Previous experience in a fast paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience with escalated customer issues
• Positive Attitude
• Great work ethic
• Regular attendance and punctual
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate longevity in previous places of employment (no job jumpers)
• Days and hours are Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation. The hours can be from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Remote options are possible on Saturdays.
