Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring their proper maintenance, and optimizing their efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of fleet management best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations and reduce costs
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling routine inspections and coordinating repairs with external vendors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing, permits, and insurance requirements
- Monitor driver performance and provide coaching or training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fleet management technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fleet management best practices and industry regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
