Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Uptown is a premier hotel situated in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Room Attendants.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and suites.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean linens and supplies.
• Vacuum, dust, and maintain the cleanliness of hallways, corridors, and common areas.
• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Follow established safety and cleaning protocols.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage of $14.50 per hour.
