Job Description:
As a Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and delivering exceptional service to our guests. From processing check-ins and check-outs to handling guest requests and inquiries, you'll be at the forefront of creating positive guest experiences. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining cleanliness in common areas, handling confidential information with integrity, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions during your shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the lobby and common areas.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
• Generate and review daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Demonstrate a proactive and helpful attitude towards guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance when required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and guest confidentiality.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, accurate decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to walk, stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and communicate verbally.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
