Your leadership will drive top-notch work quality and customer satisfaction.Shape Our Future: May lead larger projects, as well as collaborate with Project/Program Managers on exciting, large-scale projects, streamlining production and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our field.Quality and Safety Focus: Work closely with our Quality and EHS Managers to ensure the highest standards in quality maintenance and safety.Impactful Leadership: Recommend staffing levels, participate in recruitment, and make decisions such as scheduling/dispatching of techs that directly impact our ability to meet customer requirements.Innovation and Growth: Drive productivity improvements through optimization, training, and process enhancements, making a lasting contribution to our success.Qualifications We're Looking For:An associate degree in diesel engine technology or equivalent experience required (Bachelor’s degree preferred); and 6 years of industry or military experience in one or more similar or equivalent product lines serviced by FMD required3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a service environment.Prior experience leading large-scale projects desiredStrong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce) preferred.Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25%-domestic and international).Sole US Citizenship due to access/potential access to Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NOFORN).Ready to Make a Difference?
