Requirements

High school diploma required.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience supervising others, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Ability to get to work on time, personal vehicle preferred.

Safe Serve Manager certificate.

Must be able to work 4 days a week, evenings and weekends required.

Essential Duties

Duties may vary and other duties may be assigned.

Manage restaurant staff and inventory supplies in accordance to company guidelines.

Model professional behavior in appearance, tone and body language.

Oversee opening and closing checklist duties.

Train all new hires on restaurant guidelines, service expectations and point of sale system.

Ensure all new hires receive alcohol handling permits and complete onboarding paperwork.

Manage cleaning checklist and ensure cleanliness of restaurant.

Resolve any customer concerns or complaints.

Partner with other supervisors to create bi-weekly schedule, ensuring proper coverage.

Manage email inbox and VIP and large party reservations, communicate any requests, bottles, cake, etc.

Alert owners to trends, concerns, employee feedback.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
