Role Description

As a store manager, you will be the key contributor for driving sales and reaching monthly sales goals. You will also be responsible for creating the fab’rik atmosphere: comfortable, inspiring, and exciting. Managers manage the day-to-day activities of the store from opening to closing and after-hours events for the good of the business. Help and consult clients with honest opinions and continuously market the store and the store’s concept, while setting and achieving stores sales goals. The Store Manager is an ambassador of fab’rik - everything we stand for: passion, beauty, and the unyielding commitment to excellence. These will all be a part of your everyday experience. We are committed to making every customer leave feeling loved, and as the leader of your team and your store, this is your charge! The position is full-time scheduled Tuesday-Saturday can vary depending on store needs.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Sale:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals (team and individual)
• Maintain highest ATV and UPT ( $110 and 2.5 UPT) on team
• Follow fab’rik formula
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clientele
• Booking weekly personal styling appointments
• Manager customer requests and exceed customer expectations
• Educate yourself on all merchandise fits and latest trends

Manage Your Team:

• Ensure each stylist meets and exceeds sales goals
• Ensure each stylist follows processes and procedures.
• Ensure and train stylists to run store effortless and up to fab'rik's first class standards
• Ensure stylist are following the little black book policy using Instagram or marketing Text Service
• Responsible for stylists booking VIP Parties and personal stylist appointments
• Responsible for building a strong team through coaching/leading, training, and inspiring through positive and negative incentives.
• Lead by example; instill an upbeat attitude to motivate and encourage the team
• Plan and conduct monthly team meetings
• Conduct annual performance review and interviews
• Take accountability for team’s successes and failures
• Ensure the store always looks its best, responsible for a clean and well-maintained store
• Responsible for administrative tasks such as creating team schedules (seamless transitions), creating meeting agendas, etc.
• Responsible for submitting reorders, returns and cancel requests
• Ensure daily payment transactions are balanced and drawer counts are correct

Marketing Your Store:

• Manage all social media platforms- creating engaging photos, videos, reels, lives and try-on's. Ensure customers are buying through social media platforms.
• Releasing at minimum one a month new collection and decor accordingly.
• Create and execute monthly store marketing initiatives
• Manage the in-store marketing initiatives
• Wows, Follow Ups, Little Black Books, etc.
• Manage the outside marketing initiatives: VIP Parties, Personal Styling Appointments, Give Back Nights, Fashion Shows, and other Community Events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
