Eyeconic is Hiring a Remote Remote Customer Service Representative

Eyeconic is a fast-growing online retailer of eyewear and contact lenses. We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for helping others. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Eyeconic.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, online ordering, billing inquiries, and other general inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other departments, including sales, operations, and returns, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
  • Educate customers on Eyeconic's products, services, and promotions
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and desire to go above and beyond for customers
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for helping and connecting with others
  • Knowledge of eyewear and vision care is a plus, but not required
