Job Description:

Support the Director of Business Development in driving revenue, generating new leads, and closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set quarterly sales goals with the Director of Business Development
  • Fulfill end-to-end sales cycles, from cold calls to close (60 calls/day) & emailing
  • Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing CRM to track progress
  • Cultivate sales leads through consultative, strategic conversations
  • Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling, consultative discussions, and customized product demos

Requirements:

  • Motivated to build a lasting career in sales by creating impactful relationships with our clients
  • Previous customer-facing work or internship experience, such as customer service, sales, recruiting, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills & professional phone presence
  • Driven to make an impact and exceed sales goals
  • 2 years of experience in sales or an equal software company
  • 1 years of experience in SaaS HR-related tech companies (alternative)

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience with CRM or equivalent sales management platforms
  • Experience selling to human resource and talent acquisition executives
  • Experience with a consultative, relationship-driven sales cycle
  • An innate desire to help clients find solutions to real problems
