Job responsibilities include:
- Generate leads for sales department.
- Hire, train, and develop marketing department.
- Reserve, organize, and work lead generating events.
- Assist call center manager, ultimately obtaining the ability to perform their duties and fill in for their position if necessary.
Must-have:
- 2 years marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven skills in telemarketing, trade shows, and canvassing.
- Energetic, self-motivated, results driven.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work days including some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely.
Nice-to-have:
- Skilled in production of marketing materials, including advertisements, print & digital ads, website, social media, SEO, branding, managing online reputation, etc. to ensure all elements are current and consistent.
- Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
