Job Description You will be responsible for the success of a primary healthcare packaging product portfolio. You will identify attractive growth segments, key customer positions, winning value propositions and develop product category tactical marketing plans to drive sustainable, profitable growth for your respective product categories. Product managers are results-based, focused on growth and will review performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence to communicate their performance to plan. While this role is focused on North American healthcare markets, Amcor is a global leader in healthcare packaging with the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare colleagues globally to drive innovation, launch global product platforms and service multi-national healthcare customers. What You Get To Do Works with the product management team (PM) to develop and coordinate marketing, sales, engineering and financial plans for the product line Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to execute on product line plans Conducts market analysis and voice of customer to identify product line gaps, develop innovative product requirements and establish a strong development pipeline coordinating execution with R&D teams to meet required milestones Identifies market potentials, establishes pricing and market strategies Develops compelling value propositions for successful market growth Provides financial and technical justification for product developments Works with internal teams to coordinate product introductions to ensure maximum market penetration Assists with creation and maintenance of programs and tools to improve sales team efficiency and knowledge (such as marketing presentations, product guides, sell sheets) Assists with market and competitive data collection and analysis reports Supports day-to-day customer and sales inquiries Audits CRM system (Sales Force) data to ensure accuracy in collaboration with the sales team Maintains needed levels of promotional sales products (sales samples, trade show samples, material samples) to support sales team, customers and equipment partners as needed Compiles sales data for required reporting Supports sales and customer events including trade shows What We Value Eagerness and ability to learn Proactive, Self-Starter Strong Communication Skills Strategic Orientation Results Oriented Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships Strong organizational skills Customer focused What We Want From You Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years marketing, sales, operations or R&D experience Strong conceptual and analytical skills, attention to details Excellent project management skills; ability to drive execution of plans Able to manage multiple priorities Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills across wide range of audiences Demonstrates leadership qualities and success working in cross functional environments Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions Solid understanding of economic and marketing principles Good understanding of pricing, costing and basic business finance General understanding of plant processes and practices Healthcare market knowledge and exposure (desired) Regular attendance Frequent interaction with others Ability to sit up to 90% of time Ability to communicate up to 100% of time Ability to move from one place to another up to 60% of time Ability to work on a computer 100% of time Ability to travel domestically 25% of time Office environment Our Expectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
