This is a year-round internship and will be approximately 40 hours per week during the summer and 15-20 hours a week during the school year. The ideal candidate will be in-office or available for a hybrid schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain course registration systems
• Create and design email invitations for all classes.
• Help coordinate training events.
• Pack for training events
• Re-design and update existing Power Points.
• Maintain training inventory (gifts and supplies).
• Support continuing education administration.
• Consists of: entering course offerings, saving course approvals, and CE monitoring & processing
• Maintain webinar, on demand and quarterly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

• Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
• Detail oriented, organized and creative.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Initiative to frequently take on new challenges.

 PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of or interest in pursuing a business degree
• Proficient at MS Office 2010 Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Superior grammar and creative writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
