Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members, guests, and vendors.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of catering, coffee service, bartending, banquet operations, and food production.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, inventory management, and reporting.
