We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our business is Costume Rentals. Most of our costumes are rented online and over the phone, but we are open to clients by appointment only. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to engage customers
- Analyze customer interactions to improve service quality
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times
**Qualifications:**
- We would prefer a candidate who has an interest in costumes, theater and vintage clothing .
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software-but we can train you!
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial
- Capacity to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
