Do you have experience working in a call center? Are you comfortable working in an upbeat and fast-paced work environment?
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a Lincoln, NE company in their search for Customer Support Representatives. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a call center environment and be able to handle fast-paced, continuous calls. This is a day shift opportunity with pay up to $19/hr. This position is evaluation-to-hire with the potential to turn into a long-term career!
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls, emails, and chat messages regarding customer payments, orders, and questions
- Respond to inquiries and assist customers in troubleshooting issues in a positive and professional manner
- Seek solutions while prioritizing customer experience and satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call center setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with Salesforce a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Self-starter who can work independently to develop solutions
- Upbeat, enthusiastic attitude
Schedule/Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Pay up to $19/hr
- Employees paid weekly!
