Trissential is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading complex ERP projects. The Senior Project Manager will lead a comprehensive JD Edwards upgrade to optimize operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. This role is a hybrid role with 2 days a week onsite Southeast of the Twin Cities Metroplex.

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the JD Edwards upgrade project, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with deadlines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Create detailed project plans that outline schedules, scope, budgets, quality metrics, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Guide and inspire project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment to achieve project goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, particularly regarding the JDE upgrade process and its implications.
• Track project progress, providing regular updates and reports on the status of the JDE upgrade to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to the JDE upgrade, implementing corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and industry standards throughout the JDE upgrade process.
• Offer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement, leveraging insights to enhance future projects.

Project Outcomes:

• Successful delivery of projects to achieve outcomes delivering on time, on budget, with scope and quality.
• Enhanced stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Development of best practices and project management standards for the organization as app.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management.
• Proven experience with complex ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Benefits

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $145,000 - $160,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
