Process HVAC Solutions, LLC is a systems automation provider for HVAC and mechanical systems in mission critical environments. We specialize in high tier level data centers and biotech/pharmaceutical facilities. Based in Lawrence, PA, we are looking for a well-qualified individual to join our team in an Automation Engineering Co-op.

Job Summary:
Working under the direction of the Engineering Manage the Automation Engineering Co-op will have opportunity to design, installation, and maintain industrial process control systems to support customers on their journey to digital transformation. The rotation of the program will be determined at time of acceptance based student schedule and business demands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical skills in automation engineering though a series of dynamic training and development activities, a combination of e-learning, in-person courses and hands-on experiences in the office and complex industrial facilities
  • Cooperatively work with local and global engineering teams to design, support and implement projects for some of the most innovative manufacturing companies in the world
  • Participate in customer site activities, including control system commissioning and startup, cybersecurity improvements and system modernization

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
  • Will be an undergraduate student majoring in Electrical Engineer, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must have the ability to travel, sometimes overnight to customer sites
  • Must be able to research and develop design solutions and improvements under the direction of the Engineering Manager
  • Will have strong verbal and written communication skills
