Turn Home Energy Savings Into a High-Income Sales Career
Dr. Home Rx is expanding its in-home sales team throughout Western Pennsylvania. We're looking for motivated, professional sales representatives who want to build a high-income career helping homeowners improve comfort, reduce energy waste, and take control of rising utility costs.
Our team provides homeowners with personalized energy evaluations and solutions designed to improve home efficiency, comfort, and long-term savings.
This is a closing position, not a door-to-door canvassing job. You'll meet with homeowners through scheduled appointments, identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales.
What You'll Be Selling
Our home improvement and energy solutions include:
- Attic insulation and radiant barrier systems
- Attic ventilation and moisture-control solutions
- Solar energy systems
- Heat pumps and ductless mini-split systems as our HVAC offerings expand
- Additional home energy efficiency upgrades
We offer financing options for qualified homeowners, helping make projects more affordable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled in-home energy evaluations and sales consultations.
- Identify homeowner concerns involving utility costs, comfort, and energy efficiency.
- Inspect and evaluate relevant areas of the home, including attic spaces.
- Present customized recommendations and project proposals.
- Explain available financing and applicable incentive programs.
- Close sales and complete agreements electronically.
- Document appointments, measurements, photos, and follow-up activities using our sales platform.
- Maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout the sales process.

Pay: $57,580.00 - $167,601.00 per year
