What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Property Listing Specialist position at Process Pros?
We’re looking for motivated individuals to help resort and vacation property owners get their properties listed and marketed.
This is not a licensed real estate role. You will not negotiate prices, provide legal advice, or represent buyers or sellers. Your role is to introduce property owners to our free listing platform, gather basic property information, and coordinate next steps with our licensed partners.
No real estate license required.
What You’ll Do
- Contact owners of resort, vacation, and short-term rental properties
- Explain our free property listing & marketing service
- Collect basic property details (location, type, availability, photos)
- Set follow-up calls or hand off qualified listings to our team
- Work independently with full training and scripts provided
