Reports To: Director of Sales

FLSA Status: Full Time

Description

Expion360 has an exciting career opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. In this telemarketing/lead generation position you will be responsible for maintaining highly effective business relationships with assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis as well as identifying and onboarding new clients, growth of bookings and sales.

Responsibilities

· Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

· Understand our customer needs and identify how our solutions meet those needs

· Achieve company objectives through effective planning with detail and time management oriented to push projects and tasks through completion, hitting KPI’s, and strategizing with coworkers.

· Managing timely needs of the customers, identifying new opportunities/solutions to grow, and maximize the clients’ customer experience.

· Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships through telemarketing and lead generation techniques.

· Execute the company’s strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

· Speak with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

· Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

· Work in unison with others to create, and implement targeted sales strategies to maintain your pipeline and grow sales, and increase ways that our customers can benefit from Expion360’s services/products

Skills and Qualifications

· 1-2 years in customer-facing business activities involving sales

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· Working knowledge of Desktop PC Applications

Preferred Qualifications

· Associates degree or higher

· Proven success in self-starting business settings

Salary Range

· $50,000 to $60,000 KPI Bonuses
