Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute protocols for equipment qualification.
- Implement innovative inspection and testing methods to enhance product precision.
- Design and evaluate quality process sampling systems and statistical techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA standards.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Act as a technical resource for quality requirements and process validation.
- Lead supplier correction actions to maintain product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, or Business preferred.
- 0-3 years' experience in quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
- ASQ Quality Engineer Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
