Our client, is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the department and supporting team.

What's the Job?

• Lead the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing digital projects.
• Clearly define and communicate project scope, objectives, and expectations.
• Identify project resource requirements and resolve resource constraints.
• Develop and manage project schedules, monitor activities, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Address roadblocks and implement effective risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and reviews.
• Provide transparent communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and leadership.
• Manage project budgets and ensure a commitment to return on investment.
• Ensure project goals align with company objectives and are well-defined.
• Implement change management processes for each project.
• Manage stakeholders and align deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the digital space.
• Participate in portfolio management and maintenance activities.
• Travel may be required, approximately 20-50%, depending on project needs.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, or science-related field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in waterfall, agile, scrum, and SDLC project methodologies.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing system integration experience (PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP).
• Applied knowledge and understanding of ANSI/ISA 95 Standard.
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously preferred.
• Experience with process qualification and validation in pharmaceutical or food industry preferred.
