The Customer Service Representative serves as a crucial link between our outreach program and its members, both existing and potential. Their primary responsibilities include addressing and resolving any issues or inquiries members may have regarding their applications. This role encompasses receiving and handling member inquiries, resolving complaints, educating clients, and ensuring membership retention.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers to provide information regarding their product inquiries, concerns, and questions.
• Assist members with enrollment and provider services.
• Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints.
• Effectively communicate with members to ensure clarity on their concerns and expectations.
• Conduct research on billing inquiries and claims to facilitate service.
• Act as a liaison between members and different departments to address concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Maintains a high energy attitude
• Interested in learning work ethics and motivational skills

• Open to management training
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred but not required
