Job Summary
Responsible for all company deliveries and pick-ups, shipping/receiving and various warehouse duties as needed. This position is responsible for daily mail drops to the post office.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Company Deliveries
* Making deliveries to clients and in support of company needs
* Daily mail pick ups
* Post Office drops for various clients.
* Deals with Postal Employees
* Tracks and ensures postal paperwork is handled properly
* Makes sure adequate postal supplies are on hand.
* Shipping/Receiving Operations
* Participates in preparing shipments via FedEx
* Helps in receiving and recording and inventorying shipments and distributing packages and samples needed.
* Assist with facilities maintenance as needed
* Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities
* Stages material as needed making inventory adjustments
* Assists in restock of unused material
* Involved in basic upkeep such as removing trash and sweeping the floor.
* Acts in accordance with the organization's information security HR and corporate policies.
* Protects assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
* Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.
* Other tasks duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills
* The ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
* Good time management skills
* Good oral communication skills
. Running high speed scanner equipment
* Basic Computer Skills
* The ability to use the appropriate programs such as Fedex and the internal inventory program
Minimum Qualifications
.Valid Driver's license
.Clean MVD record
