For over 50-years, the Calvary Healing Center has provided leading residential and outpatient addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers a 50-bed residential treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction, while also providing a separate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. A standalone 18-bed detox facility is also on-site and located in a separate wing to better address the needs of those who require extra care before officially entering the treatment program.

The Van Driver would work as a PRN (as needed basis). The Van Driver provides transportation of patients to and from the facility providing continuous observation, interaction, and role modeling to the patients while maintaining safety at all times. Provide transportation for patients to and from the facility. Reports all van maintenance problems to the Director of Plant Operations. The Van Driver will be responsible for mileage tracking within the Van Log. Communicates and consult with the Clinical Director and other Clinical Team Members regarding patient care issues and information.

• Must possess a valid Arizona Driver License
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must agree to a Motor Vehicle Driving Record check as part of the background check process and that record must be in good standing.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid (FA) or Adult CPR-AED-FA Certificate prior to start date.
• Current Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Certification
• Previous experience as a trasnporation driver preferred.
