Exela Enterprise Solutions is Hiring a Client Experience Team Lead Near New York, NY

Summary: Supervise all site activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility to include, but not limited to Switchboard, Mail Services, Print, Records, Shipping, Receiving.

Job Description:

* Supervise all site activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility. Coordinate work for Customer Service Associates

* Supervise and cross-train staff / activities. Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team.

* Ensure complete customer satisfaction via well trained staff, use of proper work instructions, adherence to Scope of Services, cross-training. Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives.

* Balance workload; provide guidance and direction to team; serve as focal point for communication with customer and company personnel.

* Help resolve employee and customer concerns/issues

* Complete multiple projects at one time

* Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

* Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

* Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

* Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

* Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

* Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.

* Operate mailing, copy, fax equipment, etc.

* Shipping & Receiving

* Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, shipments of paper, etc. as needed

* Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

* Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

* Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned. Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management

* Take direction from manager
