Happier Grocery is Hiring a Customer Experience Team Member Near New York, NY

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager for Happier Grocery.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer who visits our store has a positive and memorable experience. You will work closely with our store team to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement initiatives to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

    *Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, including customer service, merchandising, and store layout *Train and coach store team members on customer service and engagement best practices *Help customer navigate the store if they are unfamiliar with the layout *Educate customers about who we are as a company and promote our values in a relatable manner *Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained to enhance the customer experience *Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement *Develop and implement programs to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction, including customer rewards programs and community events *Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute customer-focused promotions and campaigns *Monitor and track customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the store is meeting or exceeding customer expectations *Manage customer service inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner *Ensure that store policies and procedures are customer-friendly and easy to understand *Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:

    *Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field *3 years of experience in customer experience management or a related role, preferably in the grocery or retail industry *Proven experience in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies and initiatives *Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills *Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment *Proficiency in customer service and data analytics tools *Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required *A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty
