Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled to join our team. As a , you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This position doesn't require but is very helpfull, experience in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial duties. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
Supervisor general cleaners, Building inspections, Training new cleansers and filling in open accounts.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
-Help if needed, Performing floor care duties such as buffing and waxing floors
- Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity but not required with floor care procedures such as buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
