Customer Service Representative - Appliance Delivery Company
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on scheduled deliveries.
- Perform data entry to update customer information accurately
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
