Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the sports and fitness industry. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends.

We are looking for a marketing manager in the sports and recreation industry. Previous experience in this industry or an adjacent is required. Ability to work in an environment with multiple tasks going on simultaneously is necessary.
Description: Manage and maintain all marketing efforts for the Company brand and every product contained within. Work with systems such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Adwords and Analytics, our website, and suggest changes or additions for more effective ad spend to put the company into a profitable revenue stream while monitoring ad spending metrics. Delegate work to competent, cost-efficient, and profitable agencies or contracted employees to drive in revenue and achieve marketing goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create marketing collateral and literature for the Company
o Includes catalogs, business cards, flyers, posters, booklets, signs, and banners
o Source and order collateral at an affordable rate
· Design or delegate product packaging
o Includes boxes, manuals, inserts, tents, sleeves, labels, stickers, etc.
o Source and order marketing materials that are low in inventory or new to stock
· Help move our products into international markets.
o Have some knowledge of international markets, including the concepts associated with marketing and selling there, including things like VAT, import licenses, duties, taxes, tariffs
o Create marketing literature that is customer centric for the designated international market. Work with resources as required to get translations done, assets adjusted to country norms, etc.
o Ensure all material is designed with an eye towards international promotion
· Create, regularly update, and maintain online listings for every Company product
o Includes taking product photos, editing product photos, writing copy, publishing listings, sending to distributors/customers.
· Manage our website, its listings, and all of its pages
o Listings, shipping templates, plug-ins, reviews, menus, user delegation, analytics, and website speed
· Manage the Company presence on Amazon
o Add new listings and edit existing ones, all photos, graphics, videos, errors, discrepancies, feedback, etc.
· Shoot, edit, and publish commercials and advertisements
o Using company camera and camera equipment
o Organize shoot dates, actors, locations, products
o Secure location and appearance releases
· Create digital graphics and advertisements
o Digitally edit graphics for digital marketing, Amazon listings, tradeshows, DTC website, social media and email marketing
· Submit and manage onboarding for new marketplaces
o Maintain spreadsheets to upload catalog onto new marketplaces, coordinate with Point of Contacts
· Manage social media channels, to include Facebook, Insta, Ticktoc, etc
o Create or delegate content for use on social media to spread brand awareness, motivate engagement and drive sales
o Work with Influencers to achieve additional sales of product.
· Supervise and coordinate marketing efforts leading for tradeshows and sales shows
o Discover and present opportunities offered by each tradeshow
o Edit and coordinate digital exhibitor resource centers including company profiles, email marketing, digital catalogs, new product showcases, etc.
· Find, respond to, and/or delegate customer feedback like reviews, product questions, or fix-its
· Send onboarding to prospective or new drop shippers and wholesale dealers
· Manage and edit sales promotions and discounts
o Update Shopify, Google, and Amazon listings
o Edit Google Merchant Center feeds
· Give input and make suggestions on the allocation of the marketing budget
Skills:
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (image and photograph editing)
· Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (graphics and digital collateral)
· Proficient in Adobe Premiere or similar (video editing)
· Proficient in photography and making videos
· Skilled in Adobe After Effects (CGI and motion graphics)
· Skilled in front-end website design like Shopify and Wordpress
· Competent at email marketing programs such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
· Competent at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok management
· Competent at spreadsheet input and editing
